Slow

There is no time and no space in God. It is the Infinite expression of life. It has no boundaries. It has no limitations.

The nature of God is my true essential nature. At the soul level I have no boundaries or limitations. At the cellular level, my body breathes the timeless nature of Divine Right Action.

But my human experience is time-bound. I tend to rush to get everything done. I am in a hurry to get to places. I am packing as much as I can imagine into my life and scurrying from one task to the next. This is not my necessity; it is my habit.

So, beginning today, I take it slow. I easily navigate through the busy parts of my day. I go forward with a quiet clarity about my priorities and my responsibilities. I do what needs to be done, and release the rest.

I see the many possibilities for ways to fill my calendar and each hour of the day. But I choose to go slow and savor each experience. I remember now that I pass this way just once. Life is fleeting so I choose to make the most of it now.

I am grateful I can choose my path and how to walk it. I am grateful I can go slow and enjoy the experience.

So I let it be. I am pure and holy in the nature of God and in the experience of life. I let go. I accept it as done.

And so it is.
