Now

Take a breath. Take another breath. This is the breath the Creator has made. It is Perfect. It is indescribable. And, it is oh, so necesary.

This breath is my breath now. With every breath I take I breathe into this one life

This breath is mine and this breath is now. There is always now. There is only now. So, now is the Perfect time to choose to change. I breathe into change. I stand ready for change to bring more and more Good into my life.

I am grateful to take breathe today. I am grateful to take action today.

So, I give way to the now of Spiritual Truth. I bless this breath and this moment.
