Joy Is

Joy is God. God is Joy.

Joy is me. I am Joy.

Joy is not an overwhelming happiness or playful giddiness. Joy is an overarching consciousness that every breath is life expressing Itself in, as and through me.

Grateful for joy in my life.

Grateful for joy in the world.

This is the Truth of Life and I accept it now.
