Energy! 

The energy of Life is perfectly expressing. It is always refreshing Itself. It is unlimited by nature. Can you imagine the wind saying it's tired of blowing? Or the sun saying, I'm too tired to shine today? No! That which is created by God is infused with the energy to express.

The energy of Life is perfectly expressing. It is always refreshing Itself in, as and through me. Therefore, my true, essential energy is also unlimited!

So despite physical appearances, and despite mental deception, I claim and declare that I have all the energy I need. My physical, mental and emotional energy are all strong and vibrant. I am excited about my life and all the things I get to do. I am grateful for my life and all the people I get to interact with.

My energy is constantly refreshed, and refreshing. I don't know how it happens, but I see it happening and feel it happening all the time. I don't push through exhaustion, I experience a renewal and a fresh surge of energy that allows me to keep going day after busy day and week after busy week.

I am grateful that the Source of my energy can never be exhausted. I am grateful to be alive and engaged in so many wonderful activities. I am grateful to be able to tap into the Source of unlimited energy.

From this place of gratitude, I just relax and allow the Truth to express in and through me. I look for the ever-expanding nature of Life to replenish Itself over and over again.
