Treatment Tuesday

 

Focus

 

With this breath I notice the natural way of life is to focus on life and more life. Can you imagine God unfocused? If someone told you the Creator of all Life was dillying and dallying about, would you not call them insane? It is never scattered or confused or overwhelmed. It operates from Infinite Intelligence and Divine Order. It is not overly strict or limited in It's creativity. The Creator is able to think, do and become all, completing each task or assignment with Perfection. It enjoys expressing and evolving Life.

 

Having been made in the spiritual image of this Perfection I realize that I already have within me the capability to focus and my life is created to create the next experience and the next relationship and the next manifestation of my deepest desires.

 

Therefore, I turn away from the false belief that there is too much to do and I can never get it all done. I release my old habits of procrastinating or doing 8 things at once. With this breath I easily focus on what is in front of me or what is most important to do. I remember that I get to choose what I commit to do and I easily accomplish my goals. I complete what I start and I bring people together as i do it.

 

And I remember that with this freedom to create comes equal responsibility to collaborate and serve the needs of those I work, live and play with. Beginning now I focus on creating the work product, life relationships, peace and joy I deserve in my life. I choose to enjoy expressing and evolving my life. 

 

I keep my standards high but do not confuse them with a need to be flawless or to compete with another. Perfect means that it meets the needs it was asked to meet or solves the problem it was designed to improve. There is nothing to be gained by thinking I am either superior or inferior to another person. The reward of success is given by staying focused and fulfilling each promise in the time and manner currently available.

 

Remembering this takes me to a place a deep gratitude. I am grateful for the opportunity to create a life I love. I am grateful for the responsibility that comes with focusing on representing Truth in all I do and say. I am grateful to remember my focus is on keeping my promises to God, other people and myself.

 

So, I release this prayer into the automatic nature of spiritual Principle. I know it is already working to deliver Good and more Good to me, through me, as me.
