Optimal Health

There is only One Power. One Life. One Story. It is a Power for Love living a life of Infinite Joy and telling the story of Good and more Good.

This Love, this Joy and this Good are my love, my joy and my good. I am the physical expression of this One.

So I know my mind, my body and my soul are one expression. They are integrated, not separated. I am constantly improving. My change is always toward transformation. I am on the perfect path to my best health yet!

I walk forward. I look ahead. It matters not what has occurred before. My body knows what to do. Every cell begins right now to connect and communicate with every nearby cell. Together they agree to move toward Wholeness together.

Every organ in my body remembers its job and returns to Perfect practice. Each system claims its own ability to serve and support my body ... and my life! I am not broken. I am not defined by disease. I am not limited by illness. Wellness is my natural state. I call it forward and claim its Power!

I am deeply grateful that I understand that doctors, data and diagnoses are all built on statistics of what has happened to people in the past. But I am not those people and I am not a statistic. I am grateful to be my unique self having a unique and personal experience of ever-improving health!

I accept nothing less! This is the Truth expressing in, as and through me. That is the Law. 

And So It Is.
