Treatment Tuesday
If we are suffering from the consequences of our own errors and wish to separate ourselves from the sequence of cause and effect which has cast its shadow across our experience, we cannot hope to extract ourselves from these consequences so long as we continue in our mistakes. (Ernest Holmes)
New Cause. New Effect.
There is only one Cause. It is the First Cause. The Creator. The Source of all Life. This Original Source creates all the forms of life. The plants, the trees, the people, the fish, the sun, the stars, the planets, the ocean ... all effects of First Cause.
I have been created in the spiritual image of this Cause. The power to establish cause in my life is my essential nature. Every cause I set in motion leads to a corresponding effect. My consciousness is cause.
Beginning right now, I choose for myself those beliefs and behaviors that move me toward my vision. I replace blame and shame with Wisdom and Joy. I set a new cause into motion and my life flourishes. I want different results so I choose different actions. I am not a victim and there are no villains in my world. Cause leads to Effect. New Cause leads to New Effect.
Beginning right now I choose to contribute to the collective experience of life with intentional cause.I replace apathy and fear with Harmony and Love. I seek knowledge from others and I recommit to engaging with people whose background is different from my own. I am becoming a better example of respecting and engaging with all kinds of people to cocreate our common good.
I am grateful to remember there is no separating cause from effect. I am grateful to know that every thing in form is the effect of a mental thought. And I am deeply grateful to remember I can change my mind, my behaviors and my life!
I know Spiritual Law is always working and must deliver on this prayer. It is done. It is complete.
And So It Is!
